Who I Am - And Why It Matters
This isn’t about workouts. It’s about who you become when you commit to a process and raise your standards.
My inspiration was a chance meeting with Scotland’s Strongest Man. Five years later, I had gained 150 pounds and was pulling trucks, lifting cars, and chasing the next seemingly impossible thing.
I’ve competed as a pro, trained under legends, and coached athletes to world-class results.
But none of that’s why I built this site.
The truth is - I broke down. Physically. Mentally. I went from a professional athlete to overweight, in pain, and completely lost.
And I rebuilt everything.
Not through hacks. Not through hype.
Through work.
The same system I now use to train everyone - from everyday lifters to elite fighters.
Strength isn’t the goal. It’s the proof.
I’m here to share the process - backed by experience, grounded in results, built to last.
